Every year in the USA, 10th grade students are required to write an essay as their state writing test. It has been my experience that students merely look at the question and then maybe panic a bit and start writing without the proper planning.

Many writers, and I don’t mean specifically Triond writers, seem to have lost the touch for properly used apostrophes in English. Is this apostrophe’s demise? Or should I rather say apostrophes demise?

Traditionally, query letters are divided into three paragraphs: hook, conflict & resolution paragraph (first), plot and book information paragraph (second), and biography paragraph (last). The last line at the bottom is the thank you.
