Well so many people said that a lot of time is spent on reading and commenting . It is understood that, as we say to our friend that we are going to avidly read and comment, our friend list grows.

Having your work criticised can hurt, especially if the comments aren't constructive. Unfortunately, it can be useful. Without criticsim, I would never have achieved any success.
