The Prologue

The prologue, critics, note to the text, among others, give us the notion of what we are about to read. It's like in the movies. Before seeing a movie usually we watch the previews, then we want to see the movie. It's really important to take the time to read the prologues, because later, when you're reading the main theme, you're gonna understand much more easily than if only reading the main theme, because experts give us the meanings of so many complex things that are written by the author (in some of the cases).

Even if you were an enthusiastic reader, because these writers had studied the book that they're talking about many times, upside down, and even backwards. So they know what they're talking about, taking hours of rest to work on their critic just for us, so the least we can do is take the time and read the content, when you finish reading the prologue, you're gonna be more excited and anxious to read the main content.

In a good prologue, (cause we've gotta admit there are bad prologues and not so good prologues), we learn more about the book than if reading the book itself, because the explanations are accurate, so we can understand clearly, You don't only learn about what you're going to read, but also you'll learn more about good books and authors to read, it's like if the writer gives you a summary of some good books to read.

To finish, it's very important to read the prologues, because you never know, maybe you could be a critic some day and you'll want other person to take the time to read the work that has cost you somnolent night, effort and many hours of reading... Keep these words in mind.
