3 Key Secrets to a Writing Successfully Triond Article

Pick a interesting topic:

This is how many people generate high revenue through articles.

e.g. The article: Amazing things to do before you die

will generate much higher revenue and views than

How to cook a delicious potato salad

If you view both of those links you will find that the first one has many more comments and "I likes" because it is a much more interesting topic and appeals to more readers than a potato salad recipe.....

Write multiple articles:

This is one secret that many people do not know. People write one article thinking they will become rich.

The more articles you write the much higher chance that it will boom and be put on the hot content list which will make it boom and generate a fair revenue.

E.g If you write to very varied articles like, Tour De France Guide and Music Definitions: Modes, scales and more!.

They are 2 very different topics and will appeal to different people who have different interests, this is how writing about different topics is a great idea.

Linking:

This is one trick that is not known to new writers at triond, if a person is interested in an article of yours and you have a link to another, the chances are they'll have read.

This article here: Tennis drills and agility training! has no links to it, if you view it you will see that it has hardly any views. Where if it was linked it would generate much higher revenue rate.

I hope this article helps you boom with triond and make you higher revenue!

Robert Frost's Nothing Gold Can Stay

Robert Frosts' poem is a very short and small poem in which those short sentences describe such a vast amount of information. I think it is stated to remind us that we should make use of useful things for us instead of ignoring it and be sorry for not making use of it. The other meaning might be that the life is not always fair and everything which is good for us, does not last forever even if we wished so, and therefore we should take advantage of it, now that we have it and that we cannot avoid bad things to occur in our life too. I think it is very hard to state such great words within such a few sentences. This is basically what is happening to Ponyboy at this time of the book. Johnny has murdered Bob and Ponyboy now wishes that everything was as it used to be, and realizes now, while they are wanted, that their lives were already great when everything was normal. But at that time he had wished for more and only looked at the negative sites of being a greaser and not the positive. He realizes that what he had was good, and it would be rather greedy to ask for even more. Ponyboy is sad that he did not realize how good a life he had, before he was put into danger and troubles. It often happens that people realize that they had a great life, before they were put into such serious troubles. That is why we should always think of other people, before we take our problems more serious than they really should be treated. This poem also makes one realize the good things in our lives compared to other people who live in far worse conditions. I am really amazed by this poem and though I've heard a couple of poems, this probably belongs to my favourite, although poems normally do not interest me. But this poem "Nothing gold can stay" really amazed me a lot. It challenges you to find the meaning of it, and I think that there are different meanings that are a bit related to each others somehow. A simply amazing poem.

Should You Write for Shvoong?

I discovered the website Shvoong about two years ago. The web site offers writers the opportunity to write reviews of books, websites, newspapers, academic texts and so on, and offers to pay the writer. But the question most of us will have is the pay worth the work?

My first year I had 6 articles, which in that year generated about 60 cents in earnings. The minimum pay-out is $10.00, so I had a long way to go. I wrote a few more articles at the one year point, bringing my total up to 25. The payment in the next year for all of my articles came to about $3.29. So I still didn't meet the $10.00 threshold.

Contrast this to Helium, the other writing site I have been working at for a similar amount of time. My earnings at the two year point for over 100 articles were $69.00. And some of my Helium articles are heavy earners, bringing in a few cents every month.

It may seem like Shvoong is a raw deal for the writer. But it does have its advantages. First of all, it is a multilingual site. So if your native language is not English, you can possibly write articles in your native language.

In addition, you may also be paid for doing translations. You might even translate your own reviews into another language. These possibilities will add to the chance of your earning more if you have the right skill set.

Linking to your Shvoong review may be a way to increase the page views and thus the revenue. If you were planning to review a book on your blog, you might decide instead to review it on Shvoong, and then put up a blog entry with the title of the review and perhaps the first sentence or so, and include a link to your Shvoong article to invite the reader to read the whole thing.

Still, the pay rate at Shvoong is small and the writer will have to consider whether it is worth the effort. In many cases, writing a similar article for Helium, Triond or some other website will prove to be a more profitable use of your time.

My Experience with Triond

After being with Triond for 2 months, I realized that Triond is one of the best money making websites on the Internet. Here is why I like Triond so much :

Triond allows me to publish all kinds of content in any form and any language. I can publish videos, pictures, articles, and so much more.

I've met so many great friends on Triond. When I told them I was a new member, they didn't treat me like an outcast, but even gave me some tips on how Triond works and what kind of content gets onto the Hot Content list. In return, I helped them view articles and comment on them.

Triond Editors are simply awesome. They really edit your work, unlike AC editors, where they just skim through the articles they receive. Also, Triond Editors are very efficient. Whenever I submit an article, I am sure I will see it published within 24 hours.

Unlike other writing websites, Triond allows you to publish articles at your own rate.

Triond allows their writers to fix their articles - easily ONLINE. For example, I made a typing error in my article, and I don't like other people to see it, so I can just fix it immediately. Unlike other writing websites, Triond writers do not need to delete their articles and submit it again. When fixing your articles, you can choose to fix your articles online, or submit the fixed file again. This is very useful when the articles are on another computer.

Triond is very trustworthy. I have received my payment every month. I like the fact that Triond pays through cheque or PayPal, making it very convenient for writers to receive their payout. The minimum payout is only $0.50!

Triond does all the publishing work, but only leaves the promoting work to you. Which makes it so much easier for you, you just need to promote your articles! Tell your friends about your article and they will help you view it.

Lastly, Triond pays me for doing something I love - writing. It also benefits me in many other ways - I can improve my essay writing and relax at the same time.

Join Triond today!

Earn More Money on Helium

Helium.com has been around since 2006. Yet before this Helium had another website which launched in 2002. And it has attracted so many writers from around the globe during the five years it has existed. But at the same time, it has also discouraged many users in different ways and one of them is the earnings we generate through our articles that we put our socks and minds into. Yes I agree! For those who haven't yet registered to this website, I can give you some helpful tips and reviews about this website. But don't stop reading now! Read on to know the good and bad points of this website. Its not all bad!

First of all, Helium.com is a website where writers write articles and they can earn money from them. The earnings can be from a cent to anything higher.

But we all have complained about the earnings we generate, right? Yes! A lot of writers only earn a few cents or less for their articles. The work we put into those articles earn very little! And those who live in the UK like me, a cent is only half a penny! Now that is just what kids can earn for their good behaviour. But for us, its like we are poor and that pennies are going to change our lives.

But hopefully my advice will help you boost your earnings. But first here is my little story with Helium.

I joined Helium in May 2008. I was very interested to write articles and make money out of it. So I started submitting work! I got to a total of 39. Yes that isn't bad for a starter. My earnings grew from 00.01 to 00.11 during the weeks. Yes it took me more or less a week to earn at least 2 cents! I was very discouraged! For the rest of May I earned a total of 3 cents. In June I earned 5 cents and most of July I earned only 3! I gave up and thought it was a waste of time until I read an article which made me start over. It was 23 rd July and I REALLY started submitting! The end of July came and the earnings went from 3 to 10 cents! Now that is higher than what I expected! By the middle of August, I had a total of 100 articles and I earned 41 cents for that whole month. Yes! Much higher! The earnings had gone from earning a cent in a week to a few cents a week! And surprisingly, I started earning 2-5 cents a day! At this moment I have 119 articles and my earning total is 81 cents. Ok still it is not good enough but it has risen much more than before! Before I began writing frequently, my earnings were only 12 cents! Big difference, right?

Make sure you write hundreds or even thousands of articles! That way your income can rise higher and you can earn residual income throughout your lifetime. Thousands could earn you more like dollars! So get your pens and work on them articles now!

However, do not waste time writing articles which will not be of any interest. Pick good channels such as Business. I have written over 39 poems in the Creative Writing channel on Helium and nearly all of them have earned nothing! It was a waste!

When you write articles, be positive to write on those which appear in front pages. These get the most page views and can you earn you more! The amount of page views is unknown. No one knows how much you need to earn at least a cent. But I tell you that it isn't something like 10 page views. It would be more!

10 Ways to Quickly Build an Impressive Vocabulary

Reading

When it comes to building vocabulary, nothing beats reading. Reading allows you to not only to come in contact with new words, but also to gain new knowledge. Reading almost anything will help, but for advanced vocabulary builders, I recommend at least high school level novels and articles.

Writing

I cannot stress enough the importance of writing. Writing allows you to be able to use your new vocabulary in a way that you need not improvise. In other words, if you are not very comfortable with a new vocabulary word, you can take awhile to think about how to use it in your written context.

Study vocabulary roots

Many words, especially big words, contain word roots that can help you decipher their meaning. For example, the word circumlocution contains two roots: circum which means around, and loqu which means talk. From these roots, we can figure out that circumlocution means to talk around, or evasive speech. Having a firm knowledge of the different word roots will help you greatly in building your vocabulary.

Surround yourself with good language

Talk to smart adults who have a wide range of knowledge. These people usually use high level vocabulary and you can pick up many words from them.

Use new vocabulary in daily conversation

This allows you to use new vocabulary in a improvising manner, which allows you to become more familiar with them. Try to use several vocabulary words in conversation everyday.

Keep a vocabulary notebook

Whenever you're reading, keep a notebook handy so you can jot down words that you do not know the meaning of, so you can look them up later.

Make flashcards and look through them everyday

Put the words that you have the most trouble with on flashcards and look through them everyday. This is an old memorizing tactic but it works.

Watch documentaries and news on television

Instead of mindless game shows and soap operas, watch informational television such as documentaries and news broadcasts because these programs usually employ sophisticated language.

Listen to National Public Radio

National Public Radio is a great station that offers news and cultural programming, and also uses sophisticated language. You can also listen to other such stations.

Set your homepage to BBC, MSN, or other news sites

Set your homepage to one of these news sites so you can read a news article everyday. These news articles usually contain high level vocabulary.

10 Marvelous Magazine Article Writing Opportunities

As writers, we often only write when we are expecting to be paid, but truthfully the pay that the majority of writers are earning is much lower than those writers that chose to patiently build a reputable publishing portfolio are earning. Sometimes, getting paid isn't always the best path to take.

Writing for most reputable magazines these days often requires a vetting process to screen out any article submissions that do not meet the editor's guidelines since these magazine-writing opportunities do employ a screening process and do not accept just any and all submissions. These publishing opportunities hold more weight than the typical "publish all content publishing companies" operating both online and offline do.

So, if you are a serious writer or you are currently a hobby writer and desire to become a serious writing professional, then this is an opportunity to carefully consider. Writing for magazines will test every writer's skills. Those writers, who survive the review panels and are published, can honestly feel that their writing abilities are among the cream of the crop.

Many of the following magazine writing opportunities are non-paying, but could potentially lead to paying opportunities when accompanied with a current publishing portfolio. Use these magazine opportunities to start building your own publishing credit portfolio, so your professional writing background will have the chance to reward your future. Writer's guidelines are included below.

Mothering

Mothering Natural Family Living is a magazine that is primarily focused on parenting and child rearing issues facing the proudly new parents. Currently, Mothering is accepting professionally written articles for several different categories. There are submission guidelines to read before applying for this opportunity. Mothering does pay $200 to $500 for magazine articles that are accepted and published with the exact amount to be negotiated at the time it is selected.

Smithsonian

For many serious writers, getting an article published in a world-class magazine like the Smithsonian Magazine is the turning point which signals that the smell of success is in reach. The Smithsonian Magazine currently accepts unsolicited proposals from established freelance writers for features and in other departments.
Shakespeare’s Hamlet and the Theme “Guilt”

Shakespeare's Hamlet is one play that never fails to elicit various responses from readers. This is so because Hamlet, the play, is a bunch of contradictions. And because the main characters are as human as we are, prone to excesses and wrongdoing, it was easy to relate to them. In the end though, their misdeeds proved to be their undoing.

Hamlet is also close to our hearts because it speaks of some truths which are applicable even to this day. Hamlet's "to be or not to be, that is the question" is probably the most used quoted line in the play. It sums up man's innate desire for self-transcendence.

The story, at first glance, revolves around the theme of vengeance and tyranny. But upon closer inspection you will know that guilt is as much present in the story as the two. The guilt theme of Hamlet may require the reader to read between the lines. To look beyond the obvious. It takes a discerning eye to know that there is more to the characters than what they purport to be. In Hamlet, beauty is "not" skin-deep. Each of the main characters in the story gets acquainted with the feeling of guilt to some extent.

Hamlet is the lead character of the play which is named after him. One article printed in eNotes (2000) said that “the character of Hamlet dominates Shakespeare's tragedy of the same name, yet Hamlet at the start of the play is not a commanding figure.” This may not sound like a befitting description to the lead character of the play but we do find Hamlet a confused person at the start. Even when his father's ghost manifested to reveal how Claudius poisoned him, Hamlet chose to act passively about the whole thing. Gradesaver (1999) agreed to this when it wrote “Hamlet becomes obsessed with proving his uncle's guilt before trying to act.” His most tangible step taken was to pretend to be a madman. We can see a cautious young man who is reluctant to get into

trouble. But as the story unfolds, we get a glimpse of another side of Hamlet's character. He can be an impulsive, irrational man too. And this is obvious when he struck someone behind the curtain without even taking the time to know who the person is. It turns out to be Polonius, the father of his intended, Ophelia. Due to his impulsiveness, Hamlet killed an innocent man. He may act like a madman but Hamlet is not mad enough to understand the full impact of his actions. He takes someone else's life. And for that, it is safe to assume that Hamlet feels guilt for his misdeed.

Claudius is perhaps the most guilt-laden person in the story of Hamlet. He poisoned his own brother so he can wrestle the throne. To seal his victory, he married his brother's wife Gertrude to win the throne from young Hamlet (SparkNotes, 2005). His actions speak of treason in every way. And it would take a stone not to feel guilty at the misdeeds. His guilt feelings were particularly apparent during Act Two Scene Three of the play where Hamlet instructed the actors to dramatize the death of his father through poison. Claudius exploded in rage upon seeing the play. So much so that he confesses his crime in prayer while alone in his chamber. This confirmed Hamlet's suspicion and the Ghost's claim that Claudius was behind Old Hamlet's death.

Gertrude is another major character of the play. She is Hamlet's mother and wife of King Hamlet. When King Hamlet died, she married Claudius barely two months after which earned her the ire of her only son. So much so that young Hamlet said in jest, “Frailty, thy name is woman!” (I.ii.146). Gertrude's guilt stems from the fact that she knows she married too soon. And because of that, she made Hamlet mad at her. Later on, Hamlet

tells her that it is Claudius who has killed King Hamlet. This makes Gertrude feel overwhelmed with grief.

Ophelia is one unfortunate gentle soul. She is the type to obey figures of authority to the point of sacrificing her own inner desires. Ophelia was told by his father and brother to refrain from seeing Hamlet after they learned that Hamlet was romantically pursuing her. Ever obedient, she did as she was told.

Ophelia must have been devastated upon learning that Hamlet turned mad. She could have nurtured some inner guilt on the plight of the young man after she rebuffed his display of affection to her. This and the death of her father make her insane in the latter part of the story which leads to her death.

Guilt must have haunted Polonius when he forbade Ophelia to see Hamlet again and he thinks that is the reason Hamlet turns mad. Polonius' guilt is apparent when he becomes upset when he hears Ophelia say that Hamlet is not in his usual self. Polonius concludes that her refusal to see Hamlet anymore has driven the young prince mad (Gradesaver, 1999).

Laertes is Ophelia's brother and Polonius' son. He went back to Denmark upon knowing of his father's death. He wanted to avenge his father and summoned Hamlet to a duel. With the aid of Claudius, he devised a plan to make Hamlet's death a certainty by adding poison at the tip of the rapier (Gradesaver, 1999). To some extent, a learned man like Laertes would have found this deed a source of guilt. But whatever guilt he is feeling could have been drowned by his thirst for revenge.

The knowledge that Laertes left his father and sister to pursue his studies in France and allow them to fend for themselves could have made him feel guilty that he was not there to look after them and prevent his father's death. His advice to Ophelia to stay away from Hamlet which could have contributed to Ophelia's insanity and later on caused his beloved sister's death could have aroused some guilt feelings in him too. It was his grief compounded by guilt of leaving his family that made him leaped into Ophelia's coffin once it has been put in the grave.

Horatio is Hamlet's closest friend. According to eNotes (2000), he is “a former fellow-student at Wittenberg. Horatio has come to Elsinore from Wittenberg for the funeral of old King Hamlet. He is described by Marcellus as a "scholar" (I.i.42).

Horatio earned Hamlet's trust. He was constantly by his friend's side even in his death. The guilt of seeing Hamlet holding on to dear life and there was nothing he could do to save him could have prompted Horatio to attempt to commit suicide. But the dying Hamlet prevented him to do so. Instead, requested Horatio to write down what has transpired and let the rest of the country know the truth.

The strength of Hamlet is in its ability to portray dark and deep human feelings. Guilt is not exactly its central theme but is a by-product of the main characters' actions. And the feelings of guilt lend human emotions to the character and stripped some degrees of cruelty in them.
