Let's say you want to write an article about introducing science to children.

If the audience of the article is children, then address the article to children. If it's a general information article then it's addressed to those interested in introducing science to children.
Write and rewrite the article include the details of your research. Excerpt some of the interviews with experts where pertinent. Then proofread and revise the article again. Write it so that you yourself are the expert in introducing science to children.
