First thing you can do first to give yourself a higher chance for completion, is to make an outline. Usually what I do when I am writing an article is outline the title, and write three main points to expand on and I have an article that I can quickly throw in my computer and throw out in less than a half hour.
If you are not exactly knowledgeable on what you are writing about, research it, read about it, take notes if you want, until you get some ideas and have something to say about it. Otherwise write about something you are already knowledgeable about. Share with others your interests and already accumulated knowledge. This will even make the writing experience an enjoyable one.
When you are stuck here is a little trick. Ask the reader a rhetorical question. One that makes them think for a second and agree with what you are trying to say in your article is an example of what I mean. Ex: “Does anyone ever want to lose money? Of course not! That is why this offer is so great!” You can even use this kind of technique to hype up something you are trying to promote. It can be a very useful tool.
Just remember when you are writing you don't have to get stuck if you do it right. If you don't know what you are writing about well, look it up, outline, and ask those rhetorical questions and you will filling the pages in no time!
