I recently started writing for Triond. I have to say it was definitely a slow process at first with very few views of my articles and a slow income. If you’re a new member as well, you’re probably experiencing the same things. When things go slow or goals seem impossible to reach, we often may want to give up. But I want to encourage you to no give up, but keep pressing on and writing more. For all of us in the beginning is quite slow and will be like that for a while, I’ve been told, but after a while you’ll be making a decent income and having lots of views of your work. Here are some things you can do to get beyond the slow times…
I first want to encourage you to write about a wide variety of topics. This will get you the most and wide variety of viewers. If you only focus on a couple topics you’re going to have a slim amount of viewers. I found this out when I would only wrote about poetry. It was very slow and I didn’t make much the first few weeks. I was about to give up, but I kept with it. I added a few other topics like politics and ventured off with talking about Halloween being that was a nearing holiday at the time and even talking about paranormal activities. When I wrote my article called 10 scariest haunted houses in the United States, the amount of views I received increased dramatically. It seems like articles that have a top 10 list or how to do something or even ways to better living are quite popular among the readers.
When people find one of your articles quite interesting they are more than likely going to view your other work as well. It’s even a good to view other peoples work and leave comments, they well often view your work and leave comments as well. So you should view other peoples work, leave comments, reply to comments people leave on your work, and add people as friends. That way, people will begin to know who you are and will return to see more of your work.
It’s also a good idea to join sites like digg.com to spread you work around the internet. On triond.com you can share your work on other sites and that way, when people view your work on their, it’ll increase the amount of views and money on your triond account.
It’s a trial and error process that you’ll have to go through to find what works for you. But when you find topics that seem to be popular you know you’re well on your way to making money on triond. I wish you all the best and I will continue to share with you about my experiences and what I find that works and what doesn’t so you too can have a good experience on here.
