Do you write articles on a variety of subjects, but can't figure out how to get them published online for free? There are many websites that offer free publishing for online content, as long as you are the original author and own the rights to your work. These sites require that you join, but rest assured, they are all free to gain membership to.
Begin by choosing one of the following sites to join, and click on the site address to navigate to the page. All of these require you to sign up for a free membership to join.
Click Join Now, and fill in the appropriate information during the registration process. All of these sites have different forms, but generally ask for the same info. Have your name, address, phone number and email address handy to transfer into these forms.
Once you have completed registration, check your inbox for a confirmation email. This has a confirmation link that you must click on to activate your membership.
Once activated, navigate to your Submit Content tab, or your Content tab for the majority of these sites, and click on this. It will open a new window for you to copy and paste or upload your article to.
Now you have uploaded or copy and pasted your work into the window, go to the bottom of the screen and click on Next or Save. Now your content is going to be reviewed by site editors or administrators.
Check your website again in 2 days, as this is generally how long it takes for your content to be reviewed. Once it has been approved, you are a published writer and your work will be available on the Internet for others to see.
Read the fine print in all terms and conditions. Some sites require you to start a Google Adsense account to help pay for your content to be distributed. This is not a requirement of you to be published, though it will help you to be more widely seen. Some contracts require that you give all rights up to them as a condition of the publication, and you are given a one-time stipend for this work. Always read the contract before you post any content on any site.
