How I Use Facebook to Help Boost my Earnings on Triond

Just a quick article on how I use my Facebook resources on boosting my earnings on Triond. No magic and might not work for everyone but it did for me so I wanted to share it.

As most of the readers here know from my work, I am far from being a professional freelance writer. I mainly just write to share interesting facts about my home country of Canada which I am very proud of and little things of use to those of you that have interest in reading them. I only joined Triond back in January and learned very quickly that page views were the key to making money off my work. I admit that when I first joined my intentions where merely cash driven but as time went on and I received comments on my work I realized some people within the site actually really liked my work and I enjoyed writing and sharing the facts I did.

My page views where growing at a pretty good rate but as greedy as I was I still wanted more. Like most people on the net I am a member of a numerous chat sites like Facebook, Myspace, and Rotatrix Friends and so on and decided to see if I could use this to my advantage. I soon learned me being from Canada and most of my friends on those sites where from the United States and further, they all had an interest in my country and its history. I started sending links to my work to them and so on and got a few more page views but not what I was expecting.

This is when I decided to sink my effort into Facebook since I have a lot of friends on there. Everything was good but my friends soon got tired of reading my articles all the time and I needed a new bunch of readers. That's when a friend of mine suggested starting a group on the site for freelance writers which I did about 2 months back. Boom my pages views for 1 article I wrote exploded with over 5,000 views in one day. I realized at that moment there was a huge potential to max my profits and also share my work with a huge group of interested readers.

I also then turned around and started a group for people that where interested in Canada and Canadian history and posted my links to my work. Again the page views came rushing in but let me warn you this process is time consuming since you have to keep coming up with new content and posting links to keep readers interested. I was on a real roll with this method but I after a month I finally started back at work so my time for freelance writing has suffered.

I found there's many ways to max your profits on here but I also it to be very time consuming but overall pretty satisfying. This method might not work for everyone but it did for me and I wanted to share it so enjoy and good luck!

Hi Chris,
Once again you have shown yourself to be very helpful, you not only share information on reality and history now you are into tips and helpful hints.
Your freelance suffered as you put it but you took the time to share the experience. Bottom line in my eyes and my opinion only one hit or 5000 hits you still make difference in someones life. Thank you for that. I may not comment but I do read and I do learn.

Keep it up
Bertie
